Rashay completed his Bachelor of Business Science Management Studies degree with honours in Finance at the University of Cape Town and is currently completing his MBA at the University of Cape Town. Rashay is Group Operations Director and Chairman of the Group Risk and Governance Committee for Carrick. Rashay is LNKD’s COO, with a focus on risk management, enhancing technology and client platforms and ensuring efficiency in products and systems. Rashay is a member of the Investment Committee.
